Production Capacity
We have two Tissue culture laboratories, 4 Plant inoculation rooms with ISO CLASS 7 sterility, 92 Laminar flow bench spaces, 18 Plant growth rooms with ISO CLASS 8 sterility. Our labs have the capacity to produce 10 million plants per annum, also we have Green houses for acclimatizing tissue culture plants.
Quality Assurance
Continuous product improvement by way of innovative technology applications and quality systems by the product design team. Process quality is assured through daily checks of the dissection and growth room parameters. Visual as well as microscope checks for contamination are done on a daily basis. Virus indexing of all stock materials is done before commercial production. Sterile area parameters are constantly monitored. Regular feedback is received from our customers through the Consignment Quality Information questionnaire that accompanies each consignment.
Approved as an accredited source for the export of Tissue Cultured plants into Australia by the Australian Quarantine & Inspectionservices (AQUIS )
